Roadmap board overview
Column structure
Your roadmap uses a Kanban-style board with three main columns:
In Review
- Purpose: Features being evaluated and prioritized
- Color: Blue indicator
- Actions: Review, prioritize, and plan features
- Next step: Move to "In Progress" when development starts
In Progress
- Purpose: Features currently being developed
- Color: Yellow indicator
- Actions: Track development progress and updates
- Next step: Move to "Completed" when feature is delivered
Completed
- Purpose: Features that have been delivered
- Color: Green indicator
- Actions: Review completed features and gather feedback
- Next step: Archive or link to changelog
Managing roadmap items
Status updates
Update item status to reflect current development progress:
- Find the item in your roadmap board
- Click on the item to open details
- Update status using the status dropdown
- Add comments to document the change
- Save changes to update the board
Status progression workflow
In Review → In Progress → Completed
- In Review: Initial evaluation and prioritization
- In Progress: Active development phase
- Completed: Feature delivered and available
Bulk status updates
For multiple items:
- Select items using checkboxes
- Choose bulk action from the menu
- Update status for all selected items
- Confirm changes to apply updates
Prioritization and upvoting
Upvoting system
- Team upvotes: Internal team members can upvote features
- Priority indication: Higher upvotes suggest higher priority
- Decision support: Use upvotes to guide prioritization decisions

Feature request tagging
- Automatic creation: Items tagged as "Feature Request" appear in roadmap

Custom tags
Create tags to organize your roadmap:
- Categories: UI/UX, Backend, Mobile, etc.
- Priority: High, Medium, Low
- Team: Frontend, Backend, Design, etc.
- Timeline: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4

- Go to Settings → Tags
- Create new tags with names and colors
- Apply tags to roadmap items
- Filter by tags to organize your view

- Progress updates: Document development progress
